Your account

Keep your login secure, enter accurate information, and review imported data against your own records. Do not use Yieldello to access another person's information without authorization or interfere with the service.

Plans and subscriptions

Free access is subject to the limits shown in your account. Paid features and connected brokerage accounts may be restricted during pilot rollout. Where subscriptions are available, review the price, currency, billing interval, and taxes shown at checkout. Stripe handles checkout and self-service billing.

Monthly subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Cancellation stops renewal; your paid service remains active until the end of the current paid monthly billing period, when the corresponding paid service level ends. The full monthly charge applies to that period. Downgrading to Free does not delete your portfolio information.

Cancellation and refund requests

Existing subscribers can use the billing portal to manage their subscription. For billing help or a refund request, email support@yieldello.com promptly after the issue arises and explain what happened. Refund requests are considered case by case and are not guaranteed. This does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

AI assistants

If you connect a third-party AI assistant to Yieldello, your use of that assistant is governed by its provider's terms. Assistants can misread statements or screenshots, so review what an assistant sends before you save it, as you would any import. Some assistant features require a paid plan, and Free accounts can send a limited number of updates, as shown in your account.

Data and estimates

Prices, distributions, exchange rates, and brokerage history may be delayed, incomplete, or corrected later. Connected-account updates are not real time, and available history varies by brokerage. Projected income is an estimate, not a guaranteed payment. Real Return and Underlying Exposure depend on available records and fund data. Compare results with your statements before relying on them.
